Welcome to Hmong Good Samaritan Lutheran Church

Welcome to Good Samaritan Lutheran Church. We are a community of faith that meets at Hope Lutheran Church in St. Paul, since October 1, 2014. The Bible has clearly taught us to love our neighbors and do good to them. We are committed to serving the community as Jesus has taught us to do so. We see all people as children of God who has been created in the image of the Creator. It doesn’t matter how long we have followed Christ, but what matters is our response to the need of the community.

We thank Grace Lutheran Church for their generosity of being a fiscal agent, a financial supporter, and a provider of worship space for us for these last three years and still continuing forward with us on our ministry. Furthermore, they have welcomed Good Samaritan into the family as brothers and sisters in Christ. I truly appreciate the Leadership team and all the members for their willingness to open up their space for Good Samaritan to come and do God’s work in the community. It truly feels like this is a house of God because they have provided a loving and caring environment to do God’s work on the Eastside of St. Paul. Grace also maintains a webpage for Good Samaritan as well. And the congregations have found ways to collaborate on activities such as worshipping together as well as going on a mission trip to work with Habitat for Humanity.

We strive to be a more inclusive and welcoming community especially for different clans as well as other communities to worship with us in the future. We believe the Bible is the Word and power of God that can liberate us from our sins and connect us with our Father in heaven.  So we invite you to come worship with us and learn more about the love of God.

We look forward to having you worship with us soon.

God’s Blessings,
